McGregor Consultants is most emphatically not in the business of delivering impressive piles of CVs for clients to wade through. Instead, we take time to get to know our clients, and understand their management style and company culture.

Then we screen our consultants rigorously to ensure only first-class candidates of real suitability are put forward for positions. McGregor Consultants uses all its knowledge of the oil and gas industry to ensure nobody’s time is wasted on either side.

McGregor Consultants is committed to maintaining good long-term relationships with its pool of consultants and its portfolio of clients through thick and thin. Even when you’re not actively recruiting, we still like to keep in touch, to see what activity is coming up in the future, and how we can be best placed to respond when you next need us.

Along the way, we invariably end up acting as an unofficial news conduit for the drilling industry, which is a useful service in itself.
